Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 Cups Milk
  2. 1/2 cup condensed milk
  3. 4 tbsp milk powder
  4. Few saffron strands
  5. 1/2 cup Sitaphal (custatd apple) pulp ( deseeded)
  6. 2 tbsp mix dry fruits (pistachio, almonds, cashewnuts)
  7. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Soak the saffron strands in 1 tbsp luke warm water.
  2. Bring the milk to a boil, add condensed milk, milk powder, dry fruits, saffron water, stir constantly for 5-10 minutes. Turn off the flame and add cardamom powder.
  3. After 5 minutes add the sitaphal pulp and mix well.
  4. Garnish with dry fruits.
