Chicken and Shrimp Pad Thai Noodles

ABOUT Chicken and Shrimp Pad Thai Noodles RECIPE

It is super easy to make and so scrumptuous with a sweet , sour and spicy flavours —

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 pack of Pad Thai Rice Noodles
  2. 1/2 cup of shrimps
  3. 1 cup of boiled and shredded chicken
  4. 2 tbsp of fish sauce
  5. 2 tbsp of siracha sauce
  6. 1 tsp of soya sauce
  7. 2 large sliced onion
  8. 6 to 7 minced garlic cloves
  9. Required quantity of vegetable oil
  10. 1/2 cup of spring onion
  11. 2 tsp of sliced lemon grass
  12. Sugar and salt to taste
  13. Roasted peanut, coriander leaves and sprouts for serving
  14. 1/4 cup of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Place the noodles in hot water for 5 minutes or until soft — Drain the noodles in a strainer and toss it once or twice —
  2. Mix the sauces — ( soya sauce, fish sauce and siracha sauce ) in a bowl
  3. In a large pan heat oil — add sliced onion and garlic –until lightly browned —
  4. Add the shrimps at this point and stir fry until it turns pink in colour —
  5. Add the shredded chicken , lemon grass, spring onion and stir fry for 5 minutes —
  6. Now add the noodles and the sauce — toss all the ingredients together — mix well so that the sauce gets evenly coated — adjust seasoning —
  7. Transfer the noodles to a platter — top it with some spring onion, roasted peanuts and serve it with some lemon wedges —-
