Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boneless chicken - cut into tiny pieces
  2. Onions - chopped 3
  3. Savior dhania - crushed 1 tablespoon
  4. Ginger - chopped 1 1/2 piece
  5. Garlic - chopped 10
  6. Tomatoes - chopped 3
  7. Big tomato - pureed in a mixture 1
  8. Salt 1 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  10. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  11. Dry mango powder (amchoor) 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Kasoori methi 2 tablespoon
  13. Green chillies - keep whole, don't chop
  14. Coriander - chopped 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Cut boneless chicken into thin long strips and cut each of this strips into small pieces.
  2. Put 4 tablespoon oil, chopped onion, crushed saboot dhania, garlic in a microproof dish and microwave for 9 minutes.
  3. Add chicken, mix well and microwave covered for 4 minutes.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes, pureed tomatoes, dry red chillies, salt, garam masala, dhania powder, amchoor, kasoori methi and whole green chillies. Mix well. Cook on combination mode ( micro+grill) for 10 minutes. Mix once inbetween.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
