  • Rai 1/2 spoon
  • jeera 1/2 spoon
  • onion finely chopped 1 tsp
  • cabbage finely chopped 1 tbsp
  • Boiled peas 1tbsp
  • carrot grated 1tbsp
  • turmeric 1/2tsp
  • red chilli powder 1tsp
  • Green chilli ginger paste 1tsp
  • jeera powder 1tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1tsp
  • Scheswan sauce 1tsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • coriander finely chopped 1tsp
  • Idli batter 1/2 kg

How to make Colourfull n healthy stuff idli

  1. HEAT A PAN..ADD TWO SPN OIL..RAI,JEERA,FINELY CHOPPED ONION,CABBAGE ,CHILLI GINGER PASTE & SAUTE
  2. NOW ADD GRATED CARROT , BOILED PEAS & COOK FOR FEW MINS
  3. ADD HALF SPN TURMERIC ONE SPN, RED CHILLI POWDER,ONE SPN SCHESWAN SAUCE
  4. ADD SALT & JEERA POWDER...
  5. SPRINKLE BLACK PEPPER POWDER & ADD FINELY CHOPPED CORIANDER , MIX PROPERLY..
  6. PUT ONE SPOON IDLI BATTER IN EACH MOULD..
  7. PUT ONE BALL OF STUFFING INBETWEEN IDLI BATTER IN THE MOULD
  8. COVER THE STUFFING WITH ANOTHER SPOON OF IDLI BATTER
  9. STEAM IT FOR TEN MIN
