Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. broken wheat rava-1 cup
  2. Urad dal - 1/4 cup
  3. fenugreek seed-1 tablespoon
  4. poha -4 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Wash broken wheat and Urad dal and soak it for 5 hrs
  2. Grind the broken wheat in a mixi
  3. Now add the soaked Poha in to the mixi and grind them well
  4. Now transfer the batter to a bowl
  5. Next grind Urad dal with fenugreek seeds
  6. Transfer the Urad dal batter in to the broken wheat mixture
  7. Add salt in to the batter
  8. Give a good mix with hands
  9. Cover and let the batter ferment for 8-9 hrs.
  10. Now the fermented batter is ready to use
  11. Grease the Idli moulds and pour the batter in to moulds.
  12. Cover them and steam the idols for 10-12 minutes
  13. Now the idlis are cooked
  14. Take the idlis by using spoons
  15. Same batter we can use for making dosa. Heat the tawa and pour the batter and shape it like dosa
  16. Add oil around the edges
  17. Now the dosa is cooked
  18. Same batter we can use for uttapam.pour the batter on the tawa and spread it very thick
  19. Add the chopped onion, carrots, tomato, and coriander leaves
  20. Add some oil towards the edge and center
  21. Flip it and cook on the other side until it is cooked well.
  22. Now the uttapam is ready
  23. Broken wheat rava idly , uttapam is ready and serve with sambar and chutney..
  24. Broken wheat dosa is ready
  25. Healthy breakfast combo is ready...
