This puri doesn't need any side dish, a filling puri for yummy breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Potato 3 numbers
  2. Wheat flour 1 cup
  3. Ajwain 1 teaspoon
  4. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Red chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Chopped coriander leaves 1tablespoon
  7. Salt
  8. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. MASH COOKED POTATO TO A VERY SMOOTH TEXTURE
  2. ADD TURMERIC POWDER, CHILLY POWDER AND WHEAT FLOUR WITH MASHED POTATOES
  3. ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES AND AJWAIN AND MIX TO A DOUGH
  4. ADD 1 TABLESPOON OIL AND MIX WELL
  5. DOUGH IS READY
  6. MAKE PURIST AND FRY IN HOT OIL
