Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 2 bowl.
  2. Eggs 2
  3. Soda a pinch
  4. Milk as required for the dough.
  5. Powder sugar 8 tbsp
  6. Butter 2 tbsp
  7. For Decoration
  8. Chocolate sauce
  9. Strawberry sauce
  10. Silver balls & coloured sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients and make a medium hard dough.
  2. After 15 minutes roll a piece of dough.
  3. Make donuts with cutter .
  4. Or hole it with your own way.
  5. Deep fry on medium heat
  6. When a golden brown colour appears.
  7. Take it out .
  8. And dip the half side of donuts in chocolate sauce and strawberry sauce.
  9. Sprinkle some coloured sprinkles on donuts.
  10. And serve hot donuts with chilled ice cream.
