Fruit Coolers

Ingredients to make Fruit Coolers

  • 500 gms curd
  • 2 tbsp jaggery
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 papaya
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 kiwi
  • 1/2 musk melon
  • 2 tsp milk powder
  • Handful of almonds
  • Handful of cashew nuts
  • Chocolate sauce for garnishing
  • 2 oranges

How to make Fruit Coolers

  1. Drain out excess water from the curd but not completely. Add in jaggery and honey. Whisk really well till you get a smooth pale mixture.
  2. Grate the papaya and transfer into the glass mugs.
  3. Cut banana and kiwi in slices. Add a layer of bananas followed by kiwi.
  4. Add in a dollop of whisked curd. Add in grated musk melon and finally add in all the curd.
  5. Cut oranges to remove all the seeds and add as the next layer.
  6. In the mean time toast the nuts in an oven. Crush it with hands and sprinkle on top.
  7. Garnish with milk powder and chocolate sauce.
  8. Keep in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

My Tip:

I crushed the nuts in a food processor so it became powdery but bigger pieces taste better.
