Easy and delicious pan seared chicken , to be served as starters for any party occasion.

Pan fried spicy chicken

Ingredients to make Pan fried spicy chicken

  • chicken leg piece 12
  • lemon juice 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1tbsp
  • cumin powder 1tsp
  • ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
  • clove powder 1/2tsp
  • cinnamon powder 1/4tsp
  • Melted butter 1tbsp
  • oil as required
  • For serving - lemon slice
  • Fine chopped radish leaves
  • green chutney
  • Sliced onions

How to make Pan fried spicy chicken

  1. Wash and slit the chicken.
  2. Mix all the ingredients instead of oil, marinade the chicken for 1/1/2 hour at least.
  3. Heat a non stick grill pan roast the chicken by using oil both sides till golden.
  4. Serve hot with chutney, radish leaves, sliced onions and lemon slice.

My Tip:

You can also add some gram masala powder as per choice
