Very Delicious and easy to make, a wholesome soup for all occasions.

OH NO KHAO SWE(BURMESE CUISINE)

Ingredients to make OH NO KHAO SWE(BURMESE CUISINE)

  • 500 chicken
  • 250ml coconut milk
  • 250 wheat noodles
  • 3 medium onion
  • 1/2 half inch ginger
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbs gram flour
  • 3 tbs chilli flakes
  • 3 tbs paprika powder
  • 1lime
  • 2 eggs
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 cube of veg stock
  • 1 tbs fish sauce

How to make OH NO KHAO SWE(BURMESE CUISINE)

  1. Diced onion finally add little oil to a sauce pan heat and the sweat the diced into the hot oil take a spoonful of the onion and add ginger, garlic and minced it in the blender till it forms a rough paste keep in side
  2. Cut chicken and mix chilli flakes,paprika powder,salt mic it properly keep a side .
  3. Boil egg and keep in a side
  4. Boil noodles and keep a side
  5. Whisk gram flour in 100 ml of cold water and add to the pan of sweated onion add fish sauce and add stock of veg cube bring to simmer and add 400 ml water and cook in simmer
  6. Reheat the pan which has the tbs of oil add minced garlic and ginger and onions add chicken and stir fry till browned
  7. Add coconut milk and 1 tbs paprika powder to the sauce pan of broth lob in the stir fried chicken and bring to simmer cook till thick
  8. Place the noodles in bowl then ladle the chicken broth over it Top with eggs and golden fry onion,lime juice and chilli flakes and Serve it.
