Ingredients to make Chinese Veg Puff

  • 4 puff pastry sheets
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp oil ,
  • salt as needed
  • A pinch of pepper
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables like julienned carrots, cabbage, spring onions,

How to make Chinese Veg Puff

  1. heat oil in a pan ,add ginger garlic paste , sautee well, add all vegetables, cook for 3-4 minutes.
  2. add tomato sauce or ketchup,toss well .
  3. pre heat oven to 200 degrees c
  4. take out the pastry sheets , arrange on a tray .
  5. place filling in centre of each sheet . fold pastry sheet wet the edges of the pastry sheet to help seal well . bake till done .
