A delcious vegetarian laksa noodles which is very popular in Singapore , Malaysia .

Vegetarian Laksa ( Singapore spicy noodle soup )

Ingredients to make Vegetarian Laksa ( Singapore spicy noodle soup )

  • 1 pack rice vermicelli
  • 50 grams beansprouts
  • 200 grams coconut milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 500 ml water or vegetable stock
  • 5-6 tofu cubes
  • some coriander leaves
  • red chili for garnish
  • 100 grams laksa paste

How to make Vegetarian Laksa ( Singapore spicy noodle soup )

  1. heat a pan , add some sesame oil ,add the laksa paste and saute for few minutes.
  2. add vegetable stock
  3. add all other ingredients and vermicelli .
  4. allow to cook few minutes .
  5. to serve ,pour in individual bowls, serve with beansprouts and garnisg with chili and coriander leaves .
