Aloo ki Poori

Ingredients to make Aloo ki Poori

  • potato 3 numbers
  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • Ajwain 1 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • red chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1tablespoon
  • salt
  • oil for frying

How to make Aloo ki Poori

  1. MASH 3 BOILED POTATOES TILL SMOOTH
  2. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC, 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, 1 CUP WHEAT FLOUR
  3. ADD 1/4 CUP CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES, 1 TSP CAROM SEEDS, MIX INTO A SMOOTH DOUGH
  4. ADD 1 TBSP OIL, CONTINUE TO KNEAD FOR 2 MINS
  5. THE DOUGH IS READY, KEEP ASIDE FOR 10 MINS
  6. ROLL OUT POORIS FROM THE READY DOUGH, FRY IN HOT OIL TILL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
