Patiala Lassi

Ingredients to make Patiala Lassi

  • 2 Cups Chilled Beaten yogurt
  • 2-3 Tablespoons sugar (Adjust sweetness according to your taste)
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • Slivered Almonds and pistachios
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Green cardamom Powder

How to make Patiala Lassi

  1. In a blender, combine milk, yogurt, sugar and cardamom powder and buzz till frothy.
  2. Pour in a Glass and garnish with slivered almonds and pistachios.
  3. Sprinkle little cardamom powder and serve chilled.
  4. You can also add ice-cubes and fresh cream.
