Spicy and most of people like to eat samosa with chai, it is the most delicious combination.

Ingredients to make Hyderabadi aloo samosa

  • 1 cup onion slices
  • 1 cup boiled potatoes peal n smashed
  • 5 chili slices
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp daniya powder
  • Pinch haldi
  • Hlaf tsp chili powder
  • Half cup chopped coriander
  • 1/2 kg purpose flour
  • oil as need
  • 1 tsp azwine

How to make Hyderabadi aloo samosa

  1. Take a bowl put purpose flour,salt,2 TSP oil add all nicely put water make soft doe
  2. Keep Fri pan add oil put onions, chilies Fri it seems gold colour
  3. Add potatoes smash, coriander, green peas Fri until
  4. Add salt,chili powder,daniya powder,haldi ,garam masala Fri 1 min ...ready to stuff
  5. Take a doe make like plan roti cut by half turn like samosa and stuff dry gravy close it look like cone shaped samosa
  6. Fri as deep Fri it as medium flame ...serve as tomato chutney .. ready to serve Hyderabadi spicy samosa

My Tip:

Can add potatoes, green peas and any other veggies also
