Aaloo Pakodi ki Subzi

Ingredients to make Aaloo Pakodi ki Subzi

  • oil 2 tablespoon
  • salt 3/4 tablespoon
  • jeera/cumin 1 teaspoon
  • coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • degi mirch 1 teaspoon
  • red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoons
  • garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  • medium sized chopped potato 2
  • green coriander chopped 1 tablespoon
  • raita boondi 1 bowl
  • medium sized chopped onions 2
  • medium sized 4 tomatoes gravy
  • water 1.5 glass

How to make Aaloo Pakodi ki Subzi

  1. Add 2 tablespoon oil to the cooker
  2. add chopped onions
  3. add degi mirch
  4. saute for 2-4 minutes
  5. add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree
  6. add salt, turmeric, chilli powder and coriander powder
  7. close the lid for 2 whistles
  8. open and saute till the masala is done
  9. add chopped potato and water
  10. close the lid for 2 whistles
  11. open the lid and cook on 5 min simmer
  12. switch off the gas
  13. add garam masala and coriander
  14. add raita boondi
  15. stir well and serve hot

My Tip:

Raita boondi should be just washed and not soaked in water
