Ingredients to make Bombay vegetable grill sandwich

  • Sandwich loaf - 1(8 - 12 slices)
  • Green chutney - 1 cup
  • Sandwich mix - 2 tbsp
  • tomatoes - 2 large
  • cucumber - 1
  • capsicum - 1(yellow and green)
  • potatoes - 2 boiled
  • butter - 200 gms

How to make Bombay vegetable grill sandwich

  1. FOR THE GREEN CHUTNEY : 1 BUNCH CORIANDER, 1/2 CUP MINT LEAVES, 2 TSP DALIA, 4 GREEN CHILLIES
  2. 1 TSP JEERA, LITTLE WATER
  3. GRIND TO A NICE THICK CHUTNEY with little salt
  4. APPLY GENEROUS AMOUNT OF BUTTER ON SLICES
  5. SPREAD CHUTNEY ON THE BUTTERED SLICES
  6. CUT YELLOW AND GREEN CAPSICUM, SLICES OF 2 BOILED POTATOES
  7. (2) TOMATOES SLICED
  8. (1)CUCUMBER SLICED
  9. SANDWICH POWDER MIX: POWDER OF ROASTED CUMIN, CLOVES,BLACK PEPPER,DRY MANGOPOWDER,CHAT MASALA
  10. PLACE CUCUMBER SLICE, SPRINKLE SANDWICH MASALA MIX
  11. PLACE TOMATO SLICES, SPRINKLE MIX, NEXT POTATOE, SPRINKLE MIX
  12. PLACE CAPSICUM SLICES, SPRINKLE MIX
  13. COVER WITH ANOTHER BUTTERED CHUTNEY SLICE
  14. APPLY GENEROUS AMOUNT OF BUTTER ON TOP
  15. GRILL ON HIGH HEAT ON A GRILL PAN PRESSING GENTLY
  16. INVERT AND GRILL FURTHER
  17. CUT AND SERVE HOT WITH TOMATOE SAUCE YUMM!!!
