Ingredients to make uppu kozukkattai

  • rice flour1 cup
  • urd dall 1/2 cup
  • salt need
  • green chilly 4
  • hing
  • kari leaves
  • mustard 1 tea spoon
  • oil little

How to make uppu kozukkattai

  1. soak urd dall 1/2 an hour
  2. drain the water
  3. add chilly , salt , hing , urd dall grind paste
  4. add kari leaves cookin steam
  5. soft the batter take kaduku fry oil put the batter
  6. a kaday low flame put 1-1/2 cup water little oil little salt
  7. boiled the water add rice flour
  8. stirr well& cool
  9. mash the batter any limbs
  10. take and a small ball make a soppu(bowl)
  11. put little pooranam and close
  12. all the flour make kozukkattai
  13. cook steam
