RAJASTHANI DAAL BATI CHURMA

Ingredients to make RAJASTHANI DAAL BATI CHURMA

  • For churma
  • 500gm wheat flour
  • 200gm ghee or oil
  • water as per need
  • ghee or oil for fry
  • Castor sugar as per taste
  • dry fruits...as per need
  • cardmom powder 2tsp
  • dry coconut powder half bowl
  • ghee for mixing..as per need or taste
  • For bati
  • 500 gm wheat flour
  • salt as per taste
  • carrom seeds 2tsp
  • ghee or oil for crisp n soft...200gm
  • ghee for bati soak 1big bowl
  • water as per need
  • For daal
  • urad daal 1 bowl
  • bengal gram half bowl
  • moong daal half bowl
  • salt as per taste
  • turmeric powder 2tsp
  • red chilly powder as per taste
  • Corriander powder 1tbsp
  • garam masala as per need
  • ginger garlic chopped
  • onion chopped 2
  • tomato choped 1
  • pure ghee half bowl
  • green chopped CORRIANDER n green chilly
  • oil or ghee for daal fry half small bowl

How to make RAJASTHANI DAAL BATI CHURMA

  1. for churma mix flour ,oil or ghee,water...make a stifff dough..keep aside for 10 minutes
  2. after 10 minutes...make small balls from dough...heat oil or ghee...fry the balls on low heat till golden brown n crisp
  3. cool it....grind in a grinder....u may use pestel....for crush the churma
  4. now mix castor sugar,,coconut powder,dry fruits...cardmom powder a lot of ghee..nd enjoy
  5. FOR BATI....mix flour,carrom seeds,salt and oil...add water make a stiff dough....make small or ur desired shape balls...press a thumb in between.....bake on 180degree or bati oven till brown in colour....
  6. dip them in puree ghee..break them from middle a bit so that ghee soaked by bati... before serving
  7. FOR DAAL mix all daal...add salt..turmeric...add enough water...boil....till daal get soft
  8. for fry...take a pan...heat oil or ghee...add ginger garlic...chopped onion....all spices....cook till oil seprate...add tomato...cook for 5 minutes...add daal mix...cook for another 5 min on ow flame...place green corriander and serve
