Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For churma
  2. 500gm wheat flour
  3. 200gm ghee or oil
  4. water as per need
  5. ghee or oil for fry
  6. Castor sugar as per taste
  7. dry fruits...as per need
  8. cardmom powder 2tsp
  9. dry coconut powder half bowl
  10. ghee for mixing..as per need or taste
  11. For bati
  12. 500 gm wheat flour
  13. salt as per taste
  14. carrom seeds 2tsp
  15. ghee or oil for crisp n soft...200gm
  16. ghee for bati soak 1big bowl
  17. water as per need
  18. For daal
  19. urad daal 1 bowl
  20. bengal gram half bowl
  21. moong daal half bowl
  22. salt as per taste
  23. turmeric powder 2tsp
  24. Red chilly powder as per taste
  25. Corriander powder 1tbsp
  26. garam masala as per need
  27. ginger garlic chopped
  28. onion chopped 2
  29. tomato choped 1
  30. pure ghee half bowl
  31. green chopped CORRIANDER n green chilly
  32. oil or ghee for daal fry half small bowl

Instructions

  1. for churma mix flour ,oil or ghee,water...make a stifff dough..keep aside for 10 minutes
  2. after 10 minutes...make small balls from dough...heat oil or ghee...fry the balls on low heat till golden brown n crisp
  3. cool it....grind in a grinder....u may use pestel....for crush the churma
  4. now mix castor sugar,,coconut powder,dry fruits...cardmom powder a lot of ghee..nd enjoy
  5. FOR BATI....mix flour,carrom seeds,salt and oil...add water make a stiff dough....make small or ur desired shape balls...press a thumb in between.....bake on 180degree or bati oven till brown in colour....
  6. dip them in puree ghee..break them from middle a bit so that ghee soaked by bati... before serving
  7. FOR DAAL mix all daal...add salt..turmeric...add enough water...boil....till daal get soft
  8. for fry...take a pan...heat oil or ghee...add ginger garlic...chopped onion....all spices....cook till oil seprate...add tomato...cook for 5 minutes...add daal mix...cook for another 5 min on ow flame...place green corriander and serve
