Ingredients to make Lal mirch ka achar

  • thick red chillies 250 gm
  • mustard oil 200 ml
  • mustered seeds 25 gm
  • coriander seeds 50 gm
  • cumin seeds 25 gm
  • fennel seeds 25 gm
  • nigella seeds 25 gm
  • fenugreek seeds 25 gm
  • nigella seeds 25 gm
  • red chilli powder 25 gm
  • turmeric powder 25 gm
  • salte yo taste

How to make Lal mirch ka achar

  1. 1 wash and pet dry green chillies . put them under sunlight for 20 minuets
  2. make them hollow remove head and seeds from chillies
  3. dry roast whole spices in a woke and grind them . add powdered spices salt and 50 ml oil now mix well
  4. fill this in empty mirchi.
  5. put them in an airtight container pour remaining mustard oil in it .
