Malai kofte

Ingredients to make Malai kofte

  • paneer 150 gm
  • Boiled potato 1 Big
  • corn starch 1 tspn
  • all purpose flour 2 tspn
  • onian 2 chopped
  • garlic 6 cloves
  • ginger 1 inch
  • tomato 3 chopped
  • oil for frying koftas
  • salt
  • Garam masala powder 1 tspn
  • red chilli powder 1 tspn
  • Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tspn
  • cream 4 tspn
  • cashews 8 soaked
  • fenugreek leaves 1/2 tspn
  • ghee 3 tbsp

How to make Malai kofte

  1. mix paneer. potato corn starch well
  2. make small balls coat in all purpose flour and deep fry . I m shallow frying in apple pan
  3. boil onion tomato ginger garlic and cashews in a pan
  4. Cook this mixture and grind into a paste
  5. in another pan add ghee . add this tomato onion paste and cook it for 4 minuets
  6. add salt dry spices and water . let it cook for 7 to 8 minuets
  7. add fresh cream mix well
  8. now gravy is ready . don’t add kofta to this gravy this time . add kofta in serving dish pour gravy over it garnish with cream and coriander leaves
