Cheese Corn Rolls

Ingredients to make Cheese Corn Rolls

  • cottage cheese 150 gm
  • Processed cheese 50 gm
  • Mix bell peppers 1 tbsp
  • Sweet corn 1 tbsp
  • onion 1 tbsp
  • chilli flakes 1 tesp
  • Italian seasoning 1/2 tesp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tesp
  • salt 3/4 tesp
  • Green coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • oil for brushing
  • Bread slice 10

How to make Cheese Corn Rolls

  1. TAKE 150 GMS COTTAGE CHEESE, ADD 50 GMS GRATED PROCESSED CHEESE
  2. ADD 1 TBSP CHOPPED TRI COLOURED BELL PEPPERS, 1 TBSP CORN KERNELS
  3. ADD 1 TBSP FINELY CHOPPED ONION
  4. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI FLAKES, 1/2 TSP EACH OF MIXED HERBS & PEPPER POWDER
  5. ADD 3/4 TSP SALT, 1 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES, MIX WELL
  6. SHAPE INTO 10 EQUAL ROLLS
  7. TRIM THE EDGES OF 10 BREAD SLICES
  8. DIP IN WATER LIGHTLY, SQUEEZE TIGHTLY, PLACE 1 ROLL IN THE CENTRE, FOLD & SEAL
  9. SHAPE INTO A NEAT ROLL
  10. GET ALL THE STUFFED ROLLS READY, BRUSH WITH OIL
  11. PLACE IN AN AIR FRYER, FRY FOR 30 MINS
  12. THE ROLLS ARE READY
