Ingredients to make Daal Paalak Saag with tempting Mirch Pyaza

  • spinach - 1 cup
  • urad dal - 1/4 th cup
  • onion - 1
  • garlic cloves - 2
  • ginger - 1 inch
  • tomatoes - 2
  • red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • salt
  • For tempering : ghee/oil
  • Dry red chillies - 2
  • cumin seeds - 1 tsp

How to make Daal Paalak Saag with tempting Mirch Pyaza

  1. In a cooker take urad daal, add fine chopped paalak, add ginger , garlic and onion paste, add chopped tomato and dry spices and water. cook for 4 whistles.
  2. For tempering, heat ghee in a pan, add dry red chillies and cumin seeds. Add this to the dal and mix. serve hot.

Make it spicy... Serve Hot.. :fire:
