Ingredients to make Healthy soozi bombs

  • 2 cup soozi [semolina]
  • 4 cup water
  • 1 onion ,tomato,green chilli ,bell pepper
  • 1.tsp red chilli powder,chaat masala powder,garam masala,coriander powder,turmeric powder and salt to taste.
  • oil for tempering
  • mustard seeds

How to make Healthy soozi bombs

  1. FIRST CHOP 1 GREEN CHILLI, 1 GREEN BELL PEPPER ,1 TOMATO ,1INCH GINGER
  2. THEN TAKE 2 CUP SOOZI
  3. ADD 4 CUP WATER AND ADD 1 TSP CHILLI POWDER,SALT,COARIANDER POWDER,CHAAT MASALA,DRIED KASURI MEETHI,TURMERIC POWDER,GARAM MASALA. THEN ADD SOOZI AND MIX CONTINOUSLY TILL DOUGH FORM.
  4. THEN IN DOUGH MIXTURE ADD ALL VEGEATBLES AND MIX PROPERLY.
  5. THEN FORM SMALL LADOO FROM DOUGH OR ANY SHAPE OF YOUR CHOICE..
  6. THEN FOR TEMPERING ADD OIL THEN ADD 1 ONION ,MUSTARD SEED,HING,CURRY LEAFS AND THEN ADD PREPARE BALLS AND COOK TILL CRISP.
  7. THEN ADD 2 TSP TOMATO KETCHUP AND SWEET CHILLI SAUCE AND MIX..
  8. YOUR EASY, YUMMY ,HEALTHY BREAKFAST IS READY..
