About Vaghareli Masala Roti Recipe

Very quick easy breakfast recipe served with tea or coffee. It can also made with leftover bread or bhakhri.

Vaghareli Masala Roti

Ingredients to make Vaghareli Masala Roti

  • Leftover roti 12
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • salt
  • sugar 1tsp
  • oil 1 tsp
  • mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • curd 1 tbs
  • sugar 1 tsp

How to make Vaghareli Masala Roti

  1. 12 LEFTOVER ROTI, 1 TSP RED CHILI POWDER,1/2 TSP TURMERIC, SALT, MUSTARD SEEDS, SUGAR, OIL AND 1 TBS CURD
  2. CUT ROTI IN SMALL PIECES WITH HAND.
  3. MAKE SMALL CRUMBS.
  4. HEAT OIL IN A PAN ADD MUSTARD SEED.
  5. WHEN MUSTARD SEEDS START CRACKING ADD ROTI CRUMBS IN IT.
  6. ADD SALT, RED CHILI POWDER AND TURMERIC.
  7. STIR WITH SPOON AND MIX WELL.
  8. ADD SUGAR AND CURD.
  9. AGAIN MIX WELL.
  10. COOK FOR 2 MINUTES. IF YOU WANT SOFT TEXTURE OF ROTI ADD 1-2 TBS OF WATER.
  11. VAGHARELI MASALA ROTI IS READY TO SERVE WITH TEA OR COFFEE IN BREAKFAST.
