Punjabi kadhi

Ingredients to make Punjabi kadhi

  • gram flour or basan 250 gm
  • curd 1 bawl
  • onian chopped 1
  • turmeric powder 1 tspn
  • red chilli powder 1 tspn
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tspn
  • oil 100 ml
  • mustard seeds . red whole chillies curry leaves for tempting
  • salt to taste

How to make Punjabi kadhi

  1. make a thick dough of gram flour onion and salt for fritters
  2. use 200 gm of flour
  3. heat oil in woke . make fritters of this dough
  4. now make a mixture of rest 50 gm flour curd and water . make it very thin
  5. in a pan add oil add asafoetida. add flour curd mixture
  6. add spices and salt
  7. now add more water mix it let it cook for 20 minuets
  8. add fritters switch off the gas and cover it for 10 minuets
  9. add tempringvand serve
