Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Soaked wheat 1 cup
  2. Sugar 1/3 cup
  3. Water 1 cup
  4. Amul cream 1/2 cup
  5. Kewra jal
  6. Grated coconut
  7. Poppy seeds 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil soaked wheat till cooked and becomes soft.
  2. Add water and sugar in a pan and make sugar syrup.
  3. When the syrup becomes dense, add the boiled wheat to it and mix well.
  4. Add grated coconut and poppy seeds and mix.
  5. Decorate with jelly and cream. Serve chilled.
