Ingredients to make Chocolate Chunk Cookies

  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup coarsely chopped dark chocolate
  • 1/3 cup coarsely chopped almonds and walnuts
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup groundnut oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

How to make Chocolate Chunk Cookies

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree and line an baking tray with butter paper and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, salt, dark chocolate chunks, chopped almonds and walnuts.
  3. In a another small bowl stir together sugar, oil, water and vanilla.
