ABOUT Paneer Tikka RECIPE

Paneer Tikka is a spicy crunchy starters made from Indian cottage cheese and lot of veggies and spices.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 500 gm paneer cubed
  2. 2 big onions cubed
  3. 1 big tomato deseed and cubed
  4. 1 green capsicum cubed
  5. 1 red capsicum cubed
  6. For marination:-
  7. 2 tsp red chili powder
  8. 1 tsp garam masala
  9. 2 tsp Lemon juice
  10. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  11. 1 tsp kasoori methi powder
  12. 200 gm hung curd
  13. 1 tsp chaat masala
  14. 1 tsp oil
  15. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add all the ingredients for marination and make a thick paste.Now add all the veggies and paneer mix and coat well. Keep it aside for minimum 1 hour or maximum 4 hours
  2. Arrange in skewer and grill the paneer tikkas in grill mode of microwave oven for 10 mins on each side. The cooking time depends on the setting of your microwave.
  3. If you don't have microwave directly grill it upon your gas by turning your tikkas now and then so that they don't get burnt.
  4. Before serving sprinkle some more chat masala and squeeze lemon and serve hot with green chutney.
