Ingredients to make Urad daal khichdi with a tempering of laal sukhi mirch

  • rice - 1/2 cup
  • urad dal - 1/4 th cup
  • red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Dry red chillies - 2
  • ghee
  • cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • salt

How to make Urad daal khichdi with a tempering of laal sukhi mirch

  1. Rinse daal and chawal together, in. A pressure cooker add them with water, desi thee, salt
  2. Cook it till four whistles come
  3. In hot desk ghee add jeera, laal sukhi mirch.. Pour it on khichdi

My Tip:

Luke warm the desi ghee.. Don't heat it much
