About Butter Chicken Recipe

A delicious, spicy chicken to be served with naan or tandoori roti.

Butter Chicken

Ingredients to make Butter Chicken

  • boneless chicken 250 gm
  • tomato 4 medium size
  • chilli powder 2 tsp
  • garam masala 1 tsp
  • green cardamom 3
  • salt as per taste
  • butter 2 tablespoon
  • curd 2 table spon
  • ginger garlic pase 2 tsp
  • turmeric powder

How to make Butter Chicken

  1. Marination- take medium boneless piece add curd 2 tsp, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste. turmeric 1/2 tsp, chilli powder 1 tsp. mix well keep this in freezer for 4 hours. then greese fry pan. keep pieces on it.
  2. keep for 5 minute then turn again keep for 5 minute like tandoor roast it.
  3. grind tomatoes in mixi. take pan on medium heat add 1 tablespoon butter. add cardamom, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder , garam masala saute for a minute . add tomato paste. on sim gas keep for 5 minute .
  4. add fry pieces in tomato curry. mix well. keep on sim gas for 5 minute. see consistence . add butter on it. serve hot with coriander garnished

My Tip:

add fresh butter for better taste.
