Ingredients to make Rasgulla, Bengali sweet

  • 1 litre cow milk
  • lemon juice 1 tsp
  • sugar 1 cup
  • cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • kesar string 4-5

How to make Rasgulla, Bengali sweet

  1. Boil milk. Add lemon juice . stirr well. after curdelling separate chena with strainer
  2. take chena make a cotton cloth potli . hang for 4 hours. take chena . make a smooth dough untill ghee out. make round balls.
  3. take a cooker . add 2 cup water. add 1 cup sugar . add chena balls. cover lead. take 1 whistle. make it cool take it in bowl. add cardamom powder & kesar. serve chilled

My Tip:

take cow milk for helthy rasgulla.
