Ingredients to make Bread Rasmalai

  • 1 ltr.milk
  • Bread slice 10
  • saffron
  • Almond & pistachios 10
  • Chenna or paneer 1 cup
  • Powder sugar 5 tbsp

How to make Bread Rasmalai

  1. TAKE 1 CUP CHENNA OR CRUMBLED PANEER.MASH IT WITH HANDS FOR 5 TO 7 MINUTES .ADD 1 TBSP POWDERED SUGAR
  2. ADD SAFFRON(KESAR) THREADS
  3. BOIL 1 LTR.FULL CREAM MILK
  4. TAKE A BREAD ,CUT INTO ROUND SHAPE.MAKE SURE SHAPE WILL BE PERFECT
  5. CUT ALL BREAD PIECES LIKE THIS
  6. TAKE A SLICE OF BREAD ,SPREAD WATER & PUT CHENNA MIXTURE ON IT .COVER WITH ANOTHER BREAD
  7. DO SAME WITH REMAINING SLICE . SLIGHTLY PRESS IT.
  8. ADD SAFFRON MILK (SOAK KESAR IN WARM MILK )
  9. YOU CAN SEE HOW IT LOOKS A LIKE
  10. ADD 4 TBSP POWDERED SUGAR IN BOIL MILK.
  11. STIR IT CONTINUESLY FOR 7 MINUTES
  12. YOUR THICK SAFFRON MILK IS READY.COOL IT FOR 1 HOURS.
  13. AFTER 1 HOUR REFRIGERATE IT LOOKS AMAZING.DIP 1 SLICE OF CHENA BREAD
  14. DIP IT PROPERLY.SO IT SOAK MILK
