These suji cutlets are easy to make and perfect for brunch.all ingredents are usually available in home only so it can be prepared any time.

Ingredients to make Suji cutlets

  • 1/2 cup suji
  • 1/4 cup curd
  • 1 tsp salt
  • water as required
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 1/4 cup chop onion
  • 1/4 cup chop capsicum
  • coriander leaves
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • oil for frying

How to make Suji cutlets

  1. TAKE BOIL POTATO, ONION, CAPSICUM AND CORIANDER LEAVES IN A BOWL
  2. MASH AND MIX THEM ADD HALDI AND SALT
  3. ADD CHILLI POWDER
  4. NOW MIX SUJI CURD AND SALT AND MIX THEM AND MAKE A SLURRY
  5. PUT FILLING ON SMALL BREAD DISCS
  6. PRESS WITH FINGERS
  7. SO THEY STICK WITH FILLING
  8. HEAT OIL AND FRY THEMDIP THEM IN SLURRY AND FRY THEM
  9. OUR SUJI CUTLETS ARE READY
  10. GARNISH WITH POMEGRANATE SEEDS AND CORIANDER LEAVES
