Aloo Pakora

Ingredients to make Aloo Pakora

  • 1 cup Garm flour
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • potato slice
  • 1 tsp Ajwan
  • A pinch turmeric powder
  • oil for frying
  • salt to test

How to make Aloo Pakora

  1. TAKE 1 CUP BESAN FLOUR, ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, A PINCH OF TURMERIC POWDER, SALT
  2. ADD 1 TSP CAROM SEEDS, SOME WATER & MIX INTO A SMOOTH BATTER
  3. SLICE 4-5 POTATOES, KEEP THEN IN COLD WATER
  4. DIP POTATO SLICES INTO THE READY BATTER, SLIDE INTO HOT OIL & DEEP FRY
  5. FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP FROM ALL SIDES, SERVE HOT
