Ingredients to make Aloo Palak

  • potatoes 2
  • tomato chopped 1
  • cloves 2
  • oil
  • Garm masala 1 tsp
  • salt to teast
  • stick chinnamon 1
  • green cardamom 1
  • bay leaves 1
  • turmeric a pinch
  • cumin sees 1/2 tsp
  • cumin and coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • garlic ginger peast 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves
  • onion copeed 1

How to make Aloo Palak

  1. BLANCH 250 GMS SPINACH LEAVES
  2. COOL A LITTLE, ADD TO A MIXER JAR, BLEND INTO A SMOOTH PUREE, SET ASIDE
  3. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL, ADD ALL THE WHOLE SPICES
  4. ADD 1 SLICED ONION, SAUTE
  5. ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF GARLIC PASTE & CUMIN POWDER
  6. ADD 1/2 TSP CORIANDER POWDER, 1 CHOPPED TOMATO, 1 TSP EACH OF GARAM MASALA & RED CHILI POWDER
  7. ADD THE SPINACH PUREE, MIX WELL
  8. ADD SALT, 2 BOILED, CUBED POTATOES, SAUTE FOR 2 MINS
  9. ADD WATER, COVER & COOK FOR 2-3 MINS
  10. DELICIOUS ALOO PALAK IS READY, SERVE HOT
