Ingredients to make Soya veggies Manchuria

  • Grated cabbage three cups
  • Grated carrot two cups
  • Grated capsicum two cups
  • maida four spn
  • cornflour two spn
  • oil
  • salt
  • chilli sauce
  • vinegar one spn
  • Soya sauce one tsp
  • tomato sauce two tsps
  • ginger garlic paste
  • chilli paste

How to make Soya veggies Manchuria

  1. BOIL WATER...ADD ONE CUP OF SOYA CHUNKS N LET IT COOK FOR FIVE MIN TILL SOFT
  2. NOW DRAIN THE EXTRA WATER N SQUEEZE THE CHUNKS TO REMOVE WATER FROM IT..
  3. TAKE A VESSEL..ADD TWO CUP GRATED CABBAGE,ONE CUP GRATED CARROT AND CAPSICUM
  4. ADD ONE TSP GREENCHILLI GINGER GARLIC PASTE..
  5. ADD TWO TBSP CORNFLOUR
  6. NOW ADD FOUR TBSP MAIDA
  7. ADD TWO TSP OIL N SALT
  8. ADD LITTLE WATER AND FORM SEMI SOLID DOUGH...
  9. HERE U CAN ADD SOYA CHUNKS N FORM SMALL DUMPLINGS N FRY IN HOT OIL TILL BROWN N CRISPY..
  10. TAKE ANOTHER PAN..ADD ONE TBSP OIL,LONG CHOPPED GINGER,GARLIC ,CHILLI,ONION N FRY
  11. ADD JULIENS OF CAPSICUM,CABBAGE,CARROT N FRY ON HIGH FLAME
  12. HERE..I HAVE ADDED ANOTHER SPN OF CHILLI GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  13. NOW ADD ONE TSP VINEGAR,ONE TSP SOYA SAUCE AND TWO TSP TOMATO SAUCE..ONE TSP RED CHILLI SAUCE..
