Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 boiled potato
  2. 2 tsp samak ka aata
  3. 2 tbsp soaked Sabudana
  4. Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  5. Sendha namak / Rock salt as per taste
  6. Dry fruits of choice - 1/2 cup (Cashewnuts, raisins etc)
  7. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Oil for fraying
  9. Green chilli - 2
  10. Imli ki chutney for serving

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together except oil and make desired shape cutlets.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry.
  3. Fry till they turn golden brown on both sides.
  4. Serve it hot with Imli chutney.
