It's a very easy recipe that is loved by all chicken lovers. It is a very popular starter and can be served as a snack too.

Chicken tikka kebab

Ingredients to make Chicken tikka kebab

  • Boneless chicken 500gm
  • ginger garlic paste 2tsp
  • red chilli powder 1tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1tsp
  • cumin powder 1tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1tsp
  • Kasoori methi 2tsp
  • butter 1cube
  • curd 2tsp
  • lemon juice of 1/2 lemon
  • salt as per taste
  • Red Food color (optional) 1/4tsp

How to make Chicken tikka kebab

  1. Marinate chicken with all the ingredients and keep for minimum 1hour.
  2. If you have time then keep it for 5-6hours or overnight.
  3. Then put in skewers and roast directly on fire.
  4. You can grill in oven or shallow fry in a nonstick pan.
  5. Serve hot with mint chutney and salad.
