  • Suger 2cup
  • Milk 1cup
  • Khoya 200gm
  • Cadamum powder 1tsp
  • ghee 5stp
  • almonds 25
  • Ceshwnut 25
  • Green colour if your choice
  • ghee

How to make Louki ka halwa

  1. TAKE A PAN ADD MAWA COOKED TILL THEN GOLDEN BROWN COLOR.
  2. GOLDEN BROWN COLOUR
  3. PILL THE LOUKI ONLY USE HARD PART OF LOUKI NOT USE SOFT PART
  4. GREATED ONLY HARD PART
  5. SQUZE THE GREATED LOUKI
  6. TAKE A KADAI 3TSP GHEE
  7. ADD GREATED LOUKI COOKED 2 MINUTES
  8. ADD 1CUP MILK COOKED TILL THEN OBSERVE MILK
  9. ADD 2CUP SUGER
  10. DISSOLVED SUGER THAN ADD GREEN COLOUR
  11. ADD CARDMUM POWDER
  12. OBSERVE SUGER THAN ADD 2TSP GHEE
  13. ADD KHOYA AND DRY FRUITS,COOKED 2MINUTES
  14. LOUKI HALWA IS READY
