Ingredients to make Punjabi green peppers masala

  • 1/2 kg green pepper peices
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 2 tomato chopped
  • 1 tsp jeera powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Pinch haldi
  • 1 berinj leaf
  • 3 ilachi
  • 4 lavang
  • 1 tsp til powder
  • oil as need

How to make Punjabi green peppers masala

  1. Take pan pour oil add tadaka it's splitting
  2. Mean while shallow Fri on berinj leaf, lavang,ilachi Fri few mins make nice powder...this is increased curry taste n aroma
  3. Add onions,chili slices Fri it,add ginger garlic paste
  4. Fri as nice aroma
  5. Add pepper peices,Fri until soft add tomato slices mix up all together
  6. Add haldi,salt,chili powder,and masala powder , coriander,jeera powder,Fri with capsicum add water cover lid leave 2 min..
  7. Take a bowl serve as hot..it's spicy n tastyyy
