Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. EGGS boiled
  2. Rice 2 cups
  3. 1 finally chopped onion
  4. 1 finally chopped tomato
  5. Crushed 4-5 garlic pods
  6. 1 tbsp zeera
  7. 4 cloves
  8. 2-3 greem cardemom
  9. 8-10 black papper corns
  10. Star anis 1
  11. Oil 4 tbsp
  12. Turmeric 1/2 spoon
  13. 1 tbsp coriender powder
  14. 1/1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  15. One tbsp fresh curd
  16. Half tbsp sugar
  17. 1 tbsp salt
  18. Coriender leaves for garnishing


  1. Firstly marinated boiled eggs with pinch of turmeric ,salt nd red chilli
  2. Then sock
  3. Take oil in thick bottom pan fry this egss till egss become lil golden
  4. Then crushed the whole garam masala I have mention in ingredients ....then put them in hot oil let them crackle
  5. Then add choppen onion then add crush garlic let give a stir
  6. Then add dry masala ,turmeric ,coriender powder nd red chilli powder
  7. Then add soaked rice let them fry with all masala fry five min on slow flame
  8. Then add four cups of water ...it depends how much of rice ur taking
  9. Then bring it to boil then add curd ,salt nd sugar mix them well
  10. Then let them cook on heigh flame for five to six mins
  11. U will see water getting reduce then add fried eggs nd put this on low flame nd close the lid for atlest 15-20 mins
  12. After 15 to 20 min u can see ur egg pulao is ready garnish with coriender leaves nd serve with chilled buttermilk:smiley::smile:
