About Masala bhindi Recipe

This is an easy and delicious side dish made with lady fingers, a perfect accompaniment for roti.

Masala bhindi

Ingredients to make Masala bhindi

  • 1 bowl chopped ladyfinger
  • 2 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1tbsp redchilli
  • 1tbsp coriander
  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric
  • 1/ 2 tbsp aamchur

How to make Masala bhindi

  1. Add oil in kadai then chopped onions till turns light pink
  2. Add ladyfinger fry it by adding salt turmeric redchilli.
  3. When its ready add chopped tomato and amchur and mix well.
  4. Ready to eat bhindi masala.

My Tip:

U can prepare by adding spices also without onions.
