Ingredients to make Chaunka moong with beet puris

  • 1 cup boiled moong
  • 1/2 cup chop onion
  • 1/2 cup chop tomato
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1 tsp chop ginger
  • 5-6 curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • coriander leaves
  • 1 lemon's juice
  • For puris----
  • 1.5 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup beetroot puree
  • 1/2 tsp carrom seeds
  • salt as per taste
  • oil for frying

How to make Chaunka moong with beet puris

  1. ADD FLOUR AND BEET PUREE
  2. AND SALT
  3. ADD CARROM SEEDS
  4. AND MAKE A TIGHT DOUGH FOR PURIS
  5. HEAT OIL AND ADD CURRY LEAVES
  6. JEERA AND ONION
  7. SAUTE ONION
  8. ADD GINGER
  9. AND CHILLI
  10. ADD PARBOILED MOONG
  11. SALT HALDI AND RED CHILLI POWDER
  12. AND CORIANDER POWDER
  13. ADD TOMATOAND LEMON JUICE SQUEEZE LEMON JUICE
  14. MAKE PURIS OF BEETROOT AND FRY THEM
