Hariyali Chicken

Ingredients to make Hariyali Chicken

  • chicken - 500gm
  • curd - 1/4 cup
  • malai - 1/4 cup
  • Green chilli paste - 2 tbsp
  • ginger garlic paste -3 tbsp
  • Garam masala - 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tbsp
  • Green food colour - 1 /4 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • Cheese cube - 1

How to make Hariyali Chicken

  1. In a bowl take ginger garlic paste , green chilli paste, black pepper powder,Garam masala,salt, curd ,malai,food colour and oil. Mix it well.
  2. Add chicken to it. Keep it aside for 5 - 6 hours.
  3. In a pan take butter and add marinated chicken to it. Cover the lid and cook till it becomes soft.
  4. Add grated cheese to it.
  5. Served with green chutney,salad and cold drink.

My Tip:

If you don't add green food colour you can enjoy taste of silver chicken.
