Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. semolina - 1 cup
  2. onion - 1
  3. banana - 1
  4. tomato - 1
  5. wheat flour - 1/2 cup
  6. sugar - 2 tbsp
  7. salt [as per taste]
  8. curd - 1/2 cup
  9. Bread slices - 4

Instructions

  1. Whisk a batter of suji [semolina] , curd. add vegetables like onions, tomatoes or chillies, Dip bread slices in the batter and grill on a tawa with some oil.
  2. for banana pan cakes add both wheat flour and banana , sugar for banana fritters take take the same mixture of banana sugar and wheat flour.
