Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 gm Mutton chops
  2. 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  3. 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  4. 3 tbsp Curd
  5. 1 tsp Cumin Power
  6. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  7. 1 tsp Red Chili Power
  8. 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
  9. 4 tbsp Coriander leaves
  10. 3-4 green Chillies
  11. Juice of 1 big lemon
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  14. 3 tbsp Olive oil
  15. 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  16. 1 tbsp Garam masala powder
  17. 3 tbsp raw Papaya paste

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients except mutton chops in the food processor and make a fine paste.
  2. Clean, drain and pat dry mutton chops. Marinate the mutton with the blended paste. Keep in the fridge for at least 8-10 hours to marinate.
  3. Preheat oven at 180 degree centigrade. Line the roasting tray with aluminum foil and spray it with little oil.
  4. Transfer the chops onto the tray, do not pour extra marinade on the chops. Keep it aside for basting.
  5. Bake for around 20-25 minutes basting and turning in between or until they are cooked. Do not overcook the meat as it tends to get dry.
