Khasta kachori with Aloo ki Subzi

Ingredients to make Khasta kachori with Aloo ki Subzi

  • all purpose flour 1/2 kg
  • oil 1/2 cup
  • salt as per taste
  • White urad daal 1 cup
  • saunf powder 3 teaspoon
  • Dhaniya powder 3 teaspoon
  • Heent a pinch
  • amchur 1 teaspoon
  • Chatmasala 2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala 1 teaspoon

How to make Khasta kachori with Aloo ki Subzi

  1. Step 1 Soak urad daal in water for 2 hours and after that put in strainer
  2. Step 2 In a wok saute it till it is Roasted completely. Nd then grind it in mixy.
  3. Step 3 In pan put 2 tbsp oil all dry masale nd 1/4 cup water and daal and saute it
  4. Step 4 Now make a dough of all purpose flour, salt, oil, and luke warm water
  5. Step 5 Then make small balls and fill the fillings of daal
  6. Step 6 Flatten these kachori by hand
  7. Step 7 Deep fry on medium flame
  8. Step 8 Serve it with tomato aloo veggie
  9. Step 9 Serve kachori with aloo ki subzi and chutney

My Tip:

You can store these kachoris for a week
