About Paneer Butter Masala Recipe

A delicious and yummy punjabi curry in which paneer is cooked in a makhni gravy.

Paneer Butter Masala

Ingredients to make Paneer Butter Masala

  • 250 gm.paneer
  • 5 tomato puree
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic
  • 5-6 cashew
  • 3 green chilli
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp kasuri methi
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp red chilli
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala

How to make Paneer Butter Masala

  1. Take a bowl add cut onion tomato cashew chilli garlic ginger boil water.
  2. Now sieve water and grind the mixture in smooth paste.
  3. Add butter in pan now paste saute add tomato sauce Kasturi methi red chilli coriander mix well.
  4. Now add cubes paneer then add fresh cream.
  5. Ready to eat yummy butter paneer.

My Tip:

Add ready tomato puree for fine color.
